It’s a case of industry science trumping activist scare-campaigning!
The Conservation Council of WA has been found to have used deceptive and misleading statements in an anti-fraccing advertisement published in a regional WA newspaper.
The finding followed a lengthy investigation by the newspaper’s owner, West Australian News Ltd, prompted by a formal complaint from APPEA.

The Conservation Council is campaigning to stop onshore gas development in WA. Make sure the WA Government knows that its claims about fraccing have been found to be deceptive and misleading.
